Picturesque Dining Room
Our resident dining room is located on the south side of the Masonic Home campus, and is accessible by covered, indoor walkway from any part of the main resident building. The east and south facing exterior walls are lined with glass, providing plenty of natural light and a picturesque water view of Coffee Pot Bayou. The main dining room can comfortably seat 150 residents, and is wheelchair and ADA compliant. Our kitchen prepares fresh, delicious meals three times per day, seven days a week.
Daily Menu Board
Our director of food service, Marge Colravy, prides herself on keeping our Masonic Home residents happy and well fed. Breakfast is served at 7am, lunch at noon, and dinner at 5pm, daily. The menu offerings for each meal are posted for the residents each day, which include any special event menus or holiday menus throughout the year. Our menu is designed around a four week cycle period in order to give our residents variety, choice and the freshest ingredients possible.Sample Menu
Ice Cream Parlor
One of the highlights of our dining program, and certainly a resident favorite, is the newly built ice cream parlor. As part of the ladies project of 2013, during M∴W∴ Jim J Harris' year as Grand Master of Florida, the ice cream parlor was constructed with old world charm, and stocked with over a dozen ice cream flavors. The parlor is open during planned, social events for the residents, and is equipped with a 24 hour specialty coffee bar.
Resident In-room Dining
Catering to the specific needs of our residents is what sets our Masonic Home apart from all others. Our friendly kitchen staff provides daily, in-room dining options for all of our residents, and those who may require skilled care. The menu provided for in-room service is the same as provided in the resident dining room, unless specific nutritional or dietary instructions are required by a physician.Dietary Info
